Refund policy

Because every Forme piece is made to order in your chosen size and length, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing.

Faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at thelabelforme@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the issue.

Incorrect orders
If we've made your piece in the wrong size or length from what you ordered, we'll remake it at no cost to you.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, before we've started making your piece. After that, cancellations aren't possible.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
